Annually from April through November, we host six-to-seven multidisciplinary artists for two-week to one-month stays at the historic estate of poet and activist Edna St. Vincent Millay. Brooklyn Museum – Museum Education Fellowship Program (MEFP)

Fire Island Artist Residency
Emerging LGBTQIA+ visual artists share a live/work space in Cherry Grove, New York, for four weeks of studio visits and lectures by leaders in contemporary art, scholarship, activism, and curation. The fee to apply is $40.

Matthew Strother Center for The Examined Life – Residency Programs
Up to five individuals will spend 10 fully subsidized days in residence in a low-technology environment in Catskill, New York. Residents will participate in two hours of labor per day and take part in communal meals and activities.

New Curators 2024–25
Based in London, this paid 12-month curatorial training program is intended to support aspiring contemporary art curators from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. Open to applicants in the UK and around the world.

New York Public Library – Picture Collection Artist Fellowship
