Harcourts Property Hub launches on the Gold Coast

Harcourts Property Hub, led by Directors Dave Manby and Raymond Pienaar, has launched on the Gold Coast, encompassing five offices and more than 70 staff.

The Announcement:

Australia’s second biggest real estate group today welcomes an esteemed Queensland-based real estate team into the franchise, re-branding, and trading as Harcourts Property Hub, effective immediately.

This significant move is based on a mutual desire of both parties to provide a platform to achieve long-term strategic growth in one of Australia’s premier real estate destinations within a brand where alignment on values was paramount.

With Gold Coast property prices having recorded an annual increase of 6.5 per cent, and the median value of a home on the Gold Coast sitting at just over one million dollars, the Gold Coast real estate market is primed to benefit from strong migration numbers from southern capital cities, continuing the mid- and high-rise unit development along the length of the coastline.

The newly named Harcourts Property Hub consists of five franchises covering from Coast to Country and servicing the entire Gold Coast.

With a current staff of 70, they have sold over 5250 homes, which translates to selling over 600 homes per year or a home every 14 hours.

For directors Dave Manby and Raymond Pienaar the transition to Harcourts Property Hub is more than a change of name and colours – it’s a line in the sand for its aspirations for business and team growth, as well as community contribution.

“We’re excited by an expansion of operations,” Mr Manby said.

“Harcourts Property Hub will see an extended footprint across Queensland, offering clients and agents broader territories to explore and leverage, with continued customer and service support excellence.”

“A substantial investment has been made to refurbish offices, incorporating cutting-edge technology, and creating an environment that fosters productivity and innovation,” Mr Pienaar said.

“Harcourts Property Hub will continue offering top-class training events, a comprehensive award recognition program, and robust personal growth and development opportunities for its team.”

“Harnessing the high brand equity of Harcourts, particularly in Gold Coast’s premium market segment, Harcourts Property Hub is set to leverage this advantage to foster growth and elevate service offerings,” Mr Manby said.

As one of Australia’s fastest-growing real estate companies, renowned for its unparalleled commitment to client service, market expertise and a forward-thinking approach, this change of address underscores a new chapter in the Gold Coast real estate sector.

Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Australia said Queensland, and in particular, the Gold Coast is home to some of Australia’s most sought-after real estate.

“We’re ecstatic to have Harcourts Property Hub join our footprint in the Sunshine state as they share our aspirations for long-term growth within a world where values aren’t just on the wall, but something we practise every day,” Mr Knowles said.

“With Harcourts Property Hub we make it possible, and are poised to redefine real estate service delivery in Queensland and beyond.”

“Our rebranding to Harcourts Property Hub is a testament to our unwavering dedication to leading the real estate industry through innovation, quality, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” Mr Pienaar said.

Greg Allan, CEO Harcourts Queensland said in rebranding, Harcourts Property Hub signifies its readiness to tackle the challenges of an evolving market.

“Capitalise on its storied legacy, and set new benchmarks of success in the Australian real estate industry,” Mr Allan said.
